The property

Casa Balsa is a contemporary house in Villa Tortugas, within the La Foresta condominium in La Barra de Colotepec, one of the most sought-after residential enclaves on this stretch of coast. Owners have access to the development's beach club, and the house sits right next to the lap pool.

It offers 162 m² of construction on a 240 m² lot, with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. The architecture pairs concrete walls with wood-beam ceilings and large openings onto a garden of mature palms.

Water is handled by a cistern, tank and pump, and wastewater by an ecological biodigester. The house is delivered 5 months after the signing of the promise of sale.

The asking price is MXN 6,900,000, reduced from MXN 8,000,000.
