Can I buy if I am not a Mexican citizen?
Yes. In coastal areas, foreign buyers acquire through a bank trust (fideicomiso), which gives full rights to use, rent and sell. The property is held under escritura pública with an approved condominium regime.
Are short-term rentals allowed?
Yes, on Airbnb and similar platforms. We can refer you to professional property managers in Puerto and share a rental simulation with its assumptions.
When is delivery?
Delivery is imminent. As of October 2026 the building is 95% complete: structure, façade, windows and private roof gardens are finished, and interior finishes and the rooftop pool are in progress.
