Yes. In coastal areas, foreign buyers acquire through a bank trust (fideicomiso), with full rights to use, rent and sell. Title is delivered by escritura pública.

Delivery is scheduled for April 2028. Construction started on October 14, 2026, and payments follow the construction milestones.
How does the payment plan work?
Reserve with 100,000 MXN (valid 15 days), pay 30% at the promise of sale, then 25%, 20% and 20% at construction milestones, and 5% at delivery. Closing costs are about 5%.
Are short-term rentals allowed?
